Shipping Information

We will prepare your shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day, while orders placed on Friday evenings or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, your order is expected to be delivered within 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned due to any of the following reasons:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

  • Delivery refused or rejected by the recipient

  • Failure to respond to delivery attempts or re-delivery notifications from the courier

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Note:

In some cases, carriers may offer a return option. If reshipment is refused or not completed within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.
