  • Photos of the product (in case of defects)

5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).

5.4 The product must be returned unused, clean, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging.

5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.

5.6 We reserve the right to reject returns of products that are used, damaged, or returned without valid justification.
